Just a few short stops away on the train from the busy Central London setting of Kings Cross/St Pancras International Station, in the scenic county of Hertfordshire, stands two luxurious and elegant apartment blocks known as Wesley and Millar House. Together, they form the aesthetically pleasing, and incredibly beautiful development Fairwood Place. The opulent apartments are the perfect embodiment of what modern housing can look like when they are built, and maintained, by people that care for those living within.
Having recently been privy to the development’s final apartment’s sale and completion, POD can reflect upon the process and reaffirm with honesty that it has been a delight. We were tasked with the site’s management very early into the process and it is extraordinarily refreshing to look at how much those involved have enjoyed their time working on the site. Consequently, a sensational space that people shall live and prosper in for years to come, has been created.
After a period of detailed construction and ensuring that the high standards our clients and those we set for ourselves were met, we welcomed our first residents. Upon every completion we supplied leaseholders with individually crafted information needed to enjoy their new homes. From welcome packs, financial packs, to FAQ’s and emergency details, these were tailored for site specific use based on the wants and needs of the building. This ensures that POD’s valued clientele are not left in the dark, and provides comfort knowing that should emergencies arise, procedures and contacts are in place to respond with the appropriate know-how and the utmost care. The result is peace of mind and quick, helpful responses without unnecessary delay or interruption.
On the more practical, maintenance side of things, Fairwood Place has a myriad of mechanical and electrical components that require ongoing conservation to preserve their condition. This includes pumps, tanks, vents, gates and so much more. The beauty of any home is in the minor details that when combined, create a happy, easy-going atmosphere to live in! However, such attributes require consistent work to preserve their functionality. Any maintenance is traceable through our systems. The systems track ongoing scheduled maintenance, meaning we prevent overdue visits and stay one step ahead. In doing so, we save not just Fairwood Place, but by extension, its residents, money.
Fairwood Place has provided a thoroughly enjoyable and invaluable experience to manage from the get-go. We are overjoyed and proud to have once again been given a chance to show what we, in conjunction with developers, can do when we are allocated to a project.
